Xavier Catholic College is a co-educational K-12 College operated by Brisbane Catholic Education that commenced in 2003. In 2013 a two session Kindergarten was established on site and is administered by Catholic Early EdCare. Our Prep to Year 12 enrolments have grown to over 1340 and continues to expand. - Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure school operations and outcomes are achieved
- Providing strategic advice to stakeholders on the financial implications and budgetary impacts of operational projects, including the identification of risks and future opportunities
- Participating in leadership decisions to improve school efficiencies and develop systems in line with legislative requirements and school policy and procedures
- Leading, coaching and providing ongoing professional development and instruction to administration staff to improve systems and practices
- Promoting and implementing various initiatives, to increase engagement and highlight student pathways.
- Inspiring and guiding multidisciplinary teams to drive meaningful and impactful outcomes
- Offering strategic insights to stakeholders on the financial impacts, budget considerations, risks, and future opportunities of operational projects
- Actively contributing to leadership decisions that shape systems in line with legislative requirements and organisational strategy
- Leading, coaching, and empowering administrative staff through continuous professional development and skill enhancement
- Championing and rolling out initiatives that boost engagement and foster a vibrant school community
