Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Permanent, Full-Time position based in Brisbane CBD's Eagle Street Precinct.
• Exposure to major mining and engineering projects across Australia.

• Bachelor of Urban Development (QS), Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 8+ yeas of industry experience, preferably within PQS environment.
• Detailed measurement (MTO), bills of quantities, cost planning, and estimating.
• Competence with on-screen take-offs using Costx or equivalent.
• Understanding of industry measurement standards (ANZSMM, AS1181, DTMR Estimating Manual, etc.).
• Methodical approach to preparing material take-offs for easy interpretation.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Expert Estimator, Candy, CATS, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, work health and safety procedures, and policies.
• Experience with extracting quantities from model files (BIM/Digital Engineering) desirable.
• Experience with Monte Carlo Simulations using @Risk desirable.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
