Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) - Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH)What you'll be doing
The SmartChain Implementation Lead role will deliver change management activities to support the implementation of SmartChain solution/systems across Northern Sydney Local Health District.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
  • Proven achievement in implementing change initiatives in a large and complex service industry organisation, this will also include relevant change management qualifications or equivalent experience with various change management methodologies.
  • Experience with stakeholder analysis, undertaking impact assessments and change readiness analysis with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills demonstrated ability to champion transformation across diverse stakeholder groups, expertise in improving the program understanding and objectives and leading the commitment change through collaborative approach.
