As a customer service representative you will be working in an inbound contact centre environment. They are looking for someone who enjoys customer service and can manage their time effectively. Please note: the working hours are: mon - fri - 9am - 2pmSome of your responsibilities will include:

Taking inbound calls from small to medium customers
Vast range of basic to more complex queries
Utilising multiple programs during the one call

Your skills and experience

Customer service experience - open to industry - retail or hospitality
Suitable for Uni student/Uni graduates
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
