- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital identity programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for workforce, customer, and citizen identity solutions, leveraging both established and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, legal, and operations to ensure seamless integration and deployment of identity solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices in digital identity management, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their needs and provide tailored identity solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, security, and user experience of identity systems.
- Extensive program management experience with a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital identity projects.
- Deep expertise in workforce, customer, or citizen identity solutions, including technologies such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity governance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to digital identity, such as GDPR, CPS234, and NIST.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in digital identity, such as blockchain, verifiable credentials, and biometrics.
- Advanced degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Scrum Master (SCM), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
