Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
Analyse sales data to identify trends and drive growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Visual merchandising and product marketing
Lead and train store staff in product knowledge and merchandising standards
Receive and process inwards goods, including stock receival and dispatch
Support general store operations
Assist customers with retail sales, product, and pricing enquiries
Load and unload products manually and with a forklift
Assist with opening and closing the store, including balancing registers and banking

What You’ll Bring

Strong customer service and communication skills
Team-oriented, with a customer-first and can-do attitude
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
A valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
Experience in retail and/or knowledge of the agricultural industry (highly regarded but not essential)
