- Comprehensive understanding of the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACQSHC) National Standards
- Previous Associate Nurse Unit Manager or Clinical Nurse Specialist experience
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialty area (or actively pursuing)
