With an expanding presence across Australia, New Zealand, and select international markets, Stratco is committed to delivering high-quality products, trusted partnerships and exceptional customer experiences.A unique, newly created position has now arisen for an astute Master Data Manager to establish and lead a new Master Data Management function within Stratco. Once fully functional, you'll lead a dedicated team of data stewards and analysts, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all business units.Are you ready to lead where data meets strategy? If so, and reporting to our CIO, your broader responsibilities will include:

Design and implement the MDM strategy, framework, and roadmap tailored to our business needs.
Establish governance structures, policies, and standards for managing master data across domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier).
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align master data requirements with enterprise-wide initiatives.
Lead the selection and deployment of MDM tools and technologies.
Build and mentor a team of data stewards and analysts to support ongoing MDM operations.
Drive data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and validation.
Ensure integration and consistency of master data across systems and platforms.

Once established, your focus will shift into operational leadership, ensuring the ongoing integrity, consistency and quality of master data across the organisation. You will champion data governance and play an important role in influencing data strategy.About you:We are seeking a dynamic individual possessing the following skills and attributes:

Bachelors or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business or a related field
Demonstrable experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance or related roles
Strong understanding of MDM principles, data lifecycle management and data quality frameworks
The ability to translate business needs into scalable data strategies
Excellent communication and team management skills
