About the roleAre you passionate about helping people make the most of their super? Join CSC as an Intra-fund Financial Planner, where you'll provide high-quality, personal financial advice that truly makes a difference in customers' lives.This is a work-from-home role with advice delivered primarily via video conferencing - giving you flexibility and balance in your day. You'll assess customers' financial situations and provide strategic superannuation advice that aligns with regulations and best practices.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personal, intra-fund financial advice in line with legal and regulatory frameworks
Participate in professional development activities and maintain certifications and licenses required for the role
Contribute to team discussions and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
Achieve key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, compliance, and appointment targets
Maintain effective relationships with key contacts and relevant third parties (e.g. Internal Stakeholders and Licensee) to produce successful business results.
Working with Customer Group leaders to develop and deliver regular reporting across teams
Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

Australian Citizen
Undergraduate degree or above in finance-related discipline, essential
Minimum 12 month direct financial planning experience
Australian Financial Services (AFS) license or authorised representative status
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities to ensure skills and knowledge are update, accurate and comply with regulatory requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to members
A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse range of people
Commitment to high standards of professionalism and compliance
