You will assist be responsible for administration tasks relating to payment of rent and outgoings, ensure all lease agreements are abstracted accurately and on time, enforce both ours and the clients strict governance processes & monthly reporting obligations.Snapshot of the role
  • Ensuring lease data integrity within the Lease Management system.
  • General administrative tasks such as filing, responding to enquiries and customer service.
  • Invoice management – review and manual processing of outgoings.
  • Verify accuracy of a sample of rent reviews as actioned by offshore team;
  • Review and validate accuracy of monthly rent roll variances and provide commentary on changes;
  • In consultation with Property Management, ensure Vendor and Landlord details are maintained and updated as required, with all required governance documents in place and verified.

  • Degree in property/real estate with at least 1 year of retail and/or commercial real estate experience is preferable
  • Experience in a similar role within residential real estate
