- Lead with Impact: Proactively participate in client sessions, potentially taking the lead on workstreams to drive successful outcomes and enhance client relationships.
- Collaborate Effectively: Engage with internal and client stakeholders to gather business requirements, ensuring alignment and understanding of cybersecurity needs.
- Assess and Strategise: Conduct cyber risk assessments and create cyber risk management strategies using frameworks like NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, or ISA62443 for key threat scenarios.
- Design and Deliver: Work alongside EY and integrated client project teams to design and deliver high-quality cybersecurity deliverables, including high-level and low-level designs, solution architecture, implementation, policies and standards, go-live readiness, and transition to operations.
- Monitor and Manage: Oversee project statuses, resource plans, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, coupled with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or a related domain.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly to the engagement team and client management through both written correspondence and verbal presentations.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant OT Cyber Frameworks, such as NIST 800-82 or ISA62443, to guide your assessments and solutions.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality cybersecurity solutions for Operational Technology (OT) environments, including OT security architecture, secure zoning, security hardening, monitoring, cyber risk assessments, and threat detection & response.
- Demonstrable proficiency in project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Strong strategic problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, allowing you to navigate complex challenges effectively.
- A passion for emerging technologies and a collaborative spirit, enabling you to advise clients on managing cyber risks while accelerating their performance.
