• Cultivate strong relationships with drivers to meet business expectations while also handling administrative tasks efficiently.
• Communicate issues affecting operations and assist in identifying solutions, all while managing administrative responsibilities.
• Verify driver run sheets for compliance and ensure all necessary paperwork, including connotes and PODs, is received and compliant.
• Coordinate with drivers to obtain daily run sheets for costing and payroll, while also managing administrative tasks such as data entry.
• Collect and organize pallet dockets from drivers, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Check and cross-reference quantities recorded on paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain administrative documents in designated areas for easy access by the business.

• 2 years' experience in a similar or equivalent administrative role, preferably in the transport industry
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities, adept at engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
• Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to work autonomously in administrative and data entry tasks.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written outstanding time management skills.
