In this role, you will:

- Navigate challenges with resilience and adaptability - Remain calm under pressure in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing stability, clear direction, and confidence to both patients and staff.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1), with extensive and recent post-registration clinical experience in the relevant specialty and sound knowledge of contemporary nursing and midwifery issues.
- Proven leadership and management capability, with the ability to coach, support, and inspire a high-performing clinical team.
- Strong commitment to patient-centred care, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement.
- Sound financial acumen, with experience in budget development and monitoring financial performance.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving change, including developing and implementing evidence-based models of care and initiatives that improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
