We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our well-established Finance Team where you will be responsible for maintaining records in the accounts receivable system and ensuring amounts outstanding from debtors are collected within the trading terms.Key responsibilities
  • Maintain debtor accounts in allocated portfolio within approved credit terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and process approved cash receipts, cash journals and debit/credit adjustments.
  • Responding to customer account queries in a professional and timely fashion.
  • Researching and investigating the accuracy of charges.
  • Accurate and timely processing of client accounts, including billing of fees and charges, receipting, direct debit, reconciliations and the production of statements.
  • Ensure completion of timely and accurate monthly residential funding accruals.
Experience and skills
  • Minimum 3 year’s current accounts receivable experience (end to end)
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management, ,precise and accurate attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work autonomously, yet be part of a broader team
