Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurses Opportunities – Private Hospitals (QLD - Gold Coast)ChoiceOne is currently seeking passionate and experienced Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses with a background in Cardiac Cath Lab for multiple roles for our client on the Gold Coast.Permanent Full Time and Permanent Part Time opportunities are available.We are looking for Level 1 Registered Nurses who are looking for Monday to Friday work with on call for out of hours and weekend work.There is plenty of flexibility on offer and you can design your work week to suit your lifestyle and career goals. With a large number of operating theatres and a wide range of specialties, this facility is committed to the continuing development and career pathways of it's employees.You will be a part of a supportive team that operate across our three theatres, covering Cardiac, Vascular and Electrophysiology procedures.Duties in the role include:

Providing safe, efficient and effective evidenced based nursing care
Supervise, direct, guide and mentor team members
Work closely with medical professionals to ensure appropriate outcomes for all patients
Coordinating clinical audits
Support patients in the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs

You will need to have:

Current nursing registration with AHPRA
Prior nursing experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Surgical Cardiac experience
Experience with angiography procedures
Outstnading communication skills and the ability to influence to achieve results
A continuoous improvement attitude and alignment
Ability to be meet on call requirements within short notice
