About the Hospital and Mental Health ServiceThis position is part of a large and well-established health service covering the Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, North Burnett, and parts of the Gladstone region. Serving a population of over 214,000 people, the service delivers high-quality care across three major hospitals, offering a full spectrum of acute, sub-acute, community, mental health, and dental services.As the successful applicant, you will be working within a dedicated Mental Health Service that embraces a recovery-oriented model of care, providing comprehensive support to adults aged 18–65 and their families.Your role will be diverse and impactful, with responsibilities across both hospital and community-based settings. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, and work in partnership with GPs, specialists, clinical units, and referring hospitals to deliver integrated, patient-centred care.In addition, you will play a key leadership role by providing supervision, training, and ongoing support to junior medical staff and registrars, contributing to the growth and development of the next generation of mental health professionals.Relocating to Australia?
