You will also accurately record and source information using various technology and software applications. Additionally, you will work within, and apply, a wide range of legislation, policies, and guidelines to ensure appropriate standards are met.Drawing on your strong customer service background and attention to detail, you will play a vital role in supporting the team's objectives and delivering high-quality service to all stakeholders.Your skills in information management and service delivery and experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments will be key to your success in this role.You will bring to the role your expertise in navigating complex policies and procedures, and your ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and maintain accuracy under pressure.Please refer to the Job Description Form (JDF) attached for further information regarding the position, including any specific requirements, capabilities and pre-employment checks which will be assessed as part of the selection process.While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 24 months, from the date that the recruitment breach period has been finalised.To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments) at the time of application.Located in Albany, the position will provide you with historical sites and modern environmentally sustainable infrastructure.
