Our client is a leading national car battery distributor, and they are seeking a skilled warehouse store person to join their dynamic team at a busy warehouse in Dandenong South. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established company that offers ongoing support and training.Benefits

About the RoleAs a warehouse store person your responsibilities will include:
  • Operating a counterbalance forklift
  • Following safety guideline regarding damaged stock
  • Pallet wrapping
  • Unloading stock and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Picking orders and reading picking slips
  • Rotating stock and ensuring items are in working order
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients who may come to the warehouse retail store.
  • Handling and lifting heavy battery stock (must be physically fit)
  • Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
  • A valid Forklift License
  • The physical capability to perform manual handling tasks up to 30kgs
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with a commitment to long-term employment
  • Immediate availability to start
