Using cutting edge diagnostic tools and technology, you will provide fast, accurate and high-quality on-site troubleshooting and repair of equipment across the Sydney Metro area.Key Responsibilities· Attend client sites to diagnose and repair various forklift brands and models· Attend client sites to conduct inspections and scheduled maintenance of equipment to prevent future issues.· Working on engines, electrical, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and electronics.· Utilise advanced diagnostic technology to identify and resolve equipment breakdowns / malfunctions.· Communicate effectively to liaise with and understand customer needs· Provide professional, service and expert advice regarding forklift care and operation.· Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used.· Collaborate within the service team.· Adhere to all safety procedures and environmental regulations.· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and tools.About You:· Relevant Australian Trade Qualifications (automotive or mechanical)· Hands-on previous experience servicing and repairing LPG and Electric forklifts (Field work preferred).· Familiarity with mobile manual handling plant equipment (Not essential).· Well-developed mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.· Great customer service and clear communication skills.· Unrestricted Australian driver's licence.· Current Forklift licence (An advantage).· Ability to work autonomously and in a team.· Safety-first attitude with a focus on quality and improvement.· Willingness to travel to client sites across Sydney Metro areaWhy Apply?· Full-time role with competitive pay rate & regular overtime available.· Company vehicle, fuel card, and work phone provided.· All uniforms and PPE supplied.· Ongoing training and development, with opportunities to mentor others.· Flexible work options to support work-life balance.· Supportive, inclusive team culture where your growth matters.If you are an experienced, trade qualified and versatile forklift technician seeking a field service role within a professional and highly regarded forklift industry service provider, while developing new skills and earning great dollars, then this role is for you!To express your interest please 'Apply Now' by following the prompts or email: .Only Australian residents with full work rights will be considered for this position!!
