As a legal secretary working across either their intellectual property team or litigation team, you will be supporting up to Partner level, and your main responsibilities and duties will include:
-Liasing with all stakeholders and clients
-Monthly billing and invoicing
-Working directly with clients, developing and maintaining
relationships, and assisting with business development
activities
-Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
-Creating and amending typed documents such as letters,
emails, correspondence and contracts
-Diary & email management
-Time entryABOUT YOU:
To be considered for either opportunities, you must showcase the following:
-Experience as a Legal Secretary within a Litigation practice group.
-End of month billing experience is required
-Proven ability to prioritise effectively
-Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
