The Settlements Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of; credit approval, generating lease documents, checking files, co-coordinating settlement, providing support to Leasing Consultants and providing MSA clients with a single point of contact during the settlement process.The Role:Processing - Processing all documentation for settlements:
‒ Finance applications
‒ Ordering cars
‒ Settling client leases
‒ Contracting settlements
  • Portfolio management including accurate data inputting; reporting and generation of settlement packs along with management of external financiers.
Client Relationship Management/ follow up - Liaising with clients and support them through the settlement process; proposal and lease documents; manage client relationships.Third Party Contact/ follow up - Managing Dealer relationships and expediting the return of necessary documents; Managing credit and settlement turnaround times ensuring open communication and acting in a manner which best supports the Leasing Consultants requirements.Quality Assurance - Ensuring all processing/ follow up is carried out to a highest standard; ensuring calls are answered within KPI/ GOS; Act in a manner compliant to all (legislation) Maxxia operates under.Capabilities & Behaviours - Commitment and proven ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy and computer literacy in Microsoft / Windows environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Engages in pro-active behaviour, takes action to seize opportunities and promote new ideas and solve problems.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills. Express information and ideas clearly and concisely, and confirms understanding.
  • Ensures completeness and accuracy of tasks, information and activities and shows attention to detail.
  • Effectively manages own time by planning activities and setting priorities. Acts in an urgent manner at all times.
  • Able to identify product benefits and the ability to effectively communicate them to potential customers.
What you will bring:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service and/ or sales orientated role.
  • Experience working in commerce/ financial services areas
  • Knowledge of salary packaging administration or fleet management highly regarded.
Qualifications
  • VCE or equivalent.
