As a valued member of our team, you will be part of making a real difference by positively impacting student experience and contributing to our School community.Key Duties

Work collaboratively with teachers and other assistants in the development and implementation of a student-centred educational programme
Use strategies based on knowledge of students’ physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning
Maintain daily written documentation on relevant behaviour and learning as required
Support individual students across different year levels
Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours

Skills and Experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a school-based setting would be advantageous
Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent would be desirable
Experience supporting high needs students through the curriculum
Employment Working With Children Check
