Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for managing existing dealer, distributor and OEM relationships while developing strategies to expand into new markets. Key duties include:
- Organising and attending trade shows, field days and events in Australia and abroad
- Educating customers on product capabilities through training and presentations
- Providing leadership to the sales team and collaborating on new product launches
- Assessing market needs and aligning with product offerings
- Driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Forecasting sales for budgeting and planning
- Liaising with Product/Marketing on strategy and the product team on market requirements
- Proven track record in agricultural business to business sales, business development and account management
- Ability to identify opportunities and execute growth strategies
- Strong presentation, training and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the agricultural machinery market highly advantageous
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
