- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and other communications.
- Providing accurate information and guiding callers to the appropriate resources.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Achieve key performance indicators related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
- Working collaboratively with the team to resolve client issues and improve processes.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent, professional customer service in a contact center environment.
- You're great at listening and can quickly understand customer needs to provide accurate, helpful information.
- You're comfortable with data entry and navigating multiple computer systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Attention to detail is paramount.
- You’re able to prioritise your workload and make decisions quickly to meet key performance indicators.
- You build strong working relationships with your colleagues and actively contribute to the team's success in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful candidates will need to undergo a Criminal History Check.
