
Key Account Manager

- Manage a portfolio of key accounts with a strong focus on service delivery, customer retention, and growth
- Lead quarterly business reviews and maintain up-to-date contracts and compliance documentation
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and potential clients
- Conduct site visits and stock audits, ensuring billing accuracy and operational integrity
- Prepare customer-facing reports, insights and proactive solutions
- Use CRM systems to track KPIs, opportunities and service outcomes
- Build internal relationships across operations, service and supply chain teams to ensure end-to-end delivery
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and product requirements
- You're someone who thrives on building long-term relationships and delivering great service
- You've worked in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles-ideally in regulated industries like healthcare, pharma, food production, or industrial services
- You bring commercial awareness and a proactive mindset, and you're confident owning the customer relationship end-to-end
- You're comfortable using CRM systems and interpreting data to guide decisions and track performance
- You communicate clearly and professionally, whether you're on-site, in the office, or presenting to stakeholders
- You hold a current driver's licence and enjoy being out in the field, building trust face-to-face
- You're adaptable, solutions-focused, and know how to navigate operational teams to keep things running smoothly
