Job Description:Robert Half are partnering with a well-established, high-performing business to find a driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager for a permanent role based in Blacktown. The culture is practical, team-oriented, and focused on long-term partnerships and continual improvement - with a strong reputation for integrity and reliability.The RoleReporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining service standards, driving commercial outcomes, and becoming a trusted advisor to customers across healthcare, pharma, and industrial sectors.This role would suit someone who thrives on building relationships, is naturally organised, and has strong commercial instincts. There is regular travel across customer sites in NSW, you'll partner with leading pharmaceutical companies.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts with a strong focus on service delivery, customer retention, and growth
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and maintain up-to-date contracts and compliance documentation
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and potential clients
  • Conduct site visits and stock audits, ensuring billing accuracy and operational integrity
  • Prepare customer-facing reports, insights and proactive solutions
  • Use CRM systems to track KPIs, opportunities and service outcomes
  • Build internal relationships across operations, service and supply chain teams to ensure end-to-end delivery
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and product requirements
About You
  • You're someone who thrives on building long-term relationships and delivering great service
  • You've worked in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles-ideally in regulated industries like healthcare, pharma, food production, or industrial services
  • You bring commercial awareness and a proactive mindset, and you're confident owning the customer relationship end-to-end
  • You're comfortable using CRM systems and interpreting data to guide decisions and track performance
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, whether you're on-site, in the office, or presenting to stakeholders
  • You hold a current driver's licence and enjoy being out in the field, building trust face-to-face
  • You're adaptable, solutions-focused, and know how to navigate operational teams to keep things running smoothly
