Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Commonwealth (EPBC Act) and WA State approvals (EP Act, Part IV and V).
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead complex environmental and planning approvals processes
  • Provide strategic advice across project life cycles
  • Liaise with regulators, clients, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and review technical environmental documentation
  • Oversee compliance with relevant legislation and policy
  • Support tender preparation and proposal development
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level staff
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across various projects
  • Ensure timely delivery of approval milestones
  • Represent clients in negotiations and consultations
  • Drive continuous improvement in approvals practices
