TAFE SA is seeking an experienced and qualified Lecturer, Nursing to deliver high-quality training and assessment. Lecturers at TAFE SA provide a quality educational service of training, assessment and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives. Lecturers may also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients.To be the successful applicant, you must have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or TAE40116 or Diploma/higher level qualification in adult education. No Certificate in Training and Assessment? Please reach out via the enquiries number, TAFE SA can support you gaining this qualification.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
- Bachelor of Nursing or higher-level Industry qualification.
- Experience as a qualified professional within his/her area of expertise, in one or more of the following:
- Aged care - residential and/or home care services
- Nursing and Allied HealthSpecial Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
- This role is site specific. Applicants must be willing to live, relocate or commute to Port Pirie.
- There may be a requirement to be relocated to other campuses on a as needs basis.
- Out of hours work may be required.
- Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
- Active participation in TAFE SA Performance and Development Program.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
