Summary:We are looking for a motivated Administration / Property Management Support Specialist to assist in daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage property operations: tenant inquiries, lease agreements, maintenance requests.
  • Communicate property updates and maintenance schedules to tenants.
  • Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate repairs with maintenance staff and vendors.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Assist in marketing available properties via social media and online listings.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; degree in Property Management or related field preferred.
  • Valid agent representative certificate preferred.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Experience in property management or admin roles is advantageous.
  • Marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Knowledge of local property laws is a plus.
