- Achieve sales targets set by the organization
- Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities in the region
- Maintain and grow business relationship with existing clients
- Maintain and improve Huisong’s brand image and reputation in the region
- Develop new products and services for customers in the region
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop short and long-term growth strategy in the region for the next 5-10 years
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales manager or business development manager
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the company
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- 3+ years of sales experience in either nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies
- Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
