About the Team:Our team includes passionate and experienced Heritage Advisors, Archaeologists, and GIS specialists who pride themselves on forming genuine partnerships with Traditional Owners and delivering exceptional heritage consulting services.Your Role:You will oversee cultural heritage projects from inception to completion, including:
  • Managing project milestones and stakeholder engagement
  • Building strong relationships with Traditional Owners
  • Preparing reports such as CHMPs, CHPs, survey reports, salvage reports, and due diligence assessments
  • Supervising archaeological field surveys and excavations
  • Coordinating the repatriation of cultural heritage material
  • Mentoring team members and fostering industry awareness
Key Selection Criteria:
  • 5+ years' experience delivering large-scale projects.
  • 5+ years of work experience with Archaeology
  • Accreditation as a Heritage Advisor
  • Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology (minimum Honours level)
  • Proven ability to consult and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Expertise in cultural heritage legislation, including the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 and Heritage Act 2017
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • GIS experience is highly desirable
