Your duties and responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through various channels
Conduct interviews and reference checks
Coordinate pre-employment processes, including medicals and inductions
Match suitable candidates with available positions
Develop and nurture relationships with candidates and clients
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
Assist with general administration tasks as required

What you will need to succeed:

A knack for rockin' the computer, especially with Microsoft Office Suite
A burning passion for kicking off your career in recruitment and making it big
Stage-worthy communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to thrive in the fast-paced world of recruitment
Killer organization skills and an eye for detail
A team player mentality
The ability to juggle multiple tasks like a rockstar guitarist shreds a solo
