What you will be doing:Reporting to our Executive Chef, you will work closely with a large , experienced cookery team.We have a diverse kitchen team including team members studying cookery, international internships and highly trained chefs. This is a perfect environment to enhance and develop your cookery career.Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
Maintaining and ordering stocks and suppliesQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Creative and passionate about food and customer service Able to work in a high-pressure environment Your roster may include weekend shifts Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAdditional InformationThis opportunity would ideally suit someone with full availability to fill a variety of shifts and is looking for an ongoing positionExperience working in a busy food prep focused, kitchen environment or qualifications in cookery will be highly regardedYou will be flexible to work a variety of 4-5 different shifts per weekIdeally available for an ongoing 4-5 day Monday to Friday roster.Own transport and driver's license essentialOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
