  • Lead all aspects of daily operations in one of Skechers’ busiest concept stores
  • Consistently drive performance to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team
  • Monitor sales and business metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation to deliver a world-class brand experience
  • Manage wage costs and rostering in line with business targets
  • Ensure strong health and safety practices and compliance across the store
  • Build future leaders through hands-on coaching, structured training, and clear succession planning
