Reporting directly to the Development Manager, your primary focus will be a newly acquired commercial, high rise asset in South Melbourne along with a portfolio of industrial assets:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across Melbourne
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, tenants, and key stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of lease agreements, reviews, and tenancy negotiations
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and capital works projects
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and outgoings reconciliations
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all managed assets
You will be joining a privately owned Melbourne-based property group, who specialise in the development, management, and growth of premium industrial and commercial properties. They have a hands on approach building an in house construction team along with deep market insight, and commitment to quality have positioning them as a new leader in this space.From site acquisition to long-term management, they deliver projects with purpose, blending smart design, strategic locations, and long-term value.What we're looking for:
You are someone who takes initiative and ownership of their role, along with:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial property management
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and tenancy legislation in Victoria
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
