We are on the hunt for Conference & Food and Beverage Supervisor in our busy hotelKey ResponsibilitiesHands-on and loves spending their time on the floorBe customer obsessed and continually look for ways to add value to our customer experience and prioritizing our guests needs as this is our every day business goals * To ensure the presentation of neat, clean and functionally operating departments, ensure any issues with maintenance and cleaning is actioned immediately.Morning shifts 06:00 starts to 13:00/14:00pm finish - rotate 7 days a weekAble to work an evening event in Conferences * Ensure proper training for all food and beverage team members so that services levels are consistent and professional.

4 - 5 shifts per week (Must be available to work weekends)

Able to work alone and in apart of a teamEnjoy working a flexible roster including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.Taking breakfast orders & running the day to day conference & eventsImmaculate presentation of yourself and your work areaFollow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures. * Ensure that all areas are stocked to appropriate par levels.

Have a full knowledge of, and practice all of the established Hotel occupational health and safety guidelines (OH&S).

Ensure all cashiering policies and procedures are followed.

Skills & ExperienceBarista Coffee TrainedHold a current RSA licenseSound knowledge and experience with POS system.
