- Above award hourly rate of $42.71 + Super
- Asap starts for experienced call centre specialists (ideally 1 years call centre experience within the last 2 years)

- 4 month temp contract working full time hours each week
- Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm onsite in a modern and bright office
- Inbound contact centre role assisting existing member inquiries related to their Health Insurance policy
- Multi-channel customer service across phone, email and live-chat
- Problem solving both straightforward and complex customer queries often in vulnerable situations
- Applying empathy and active listening in order to provide an exceptional member experience
- 4-6 week training programme to get you set up in the role
- Starting off in classroom based training, then eased into phone calls with team leader support. Training will be a blend of classroom learning, then putting learnings into practice, and back to classroom to gradually learn the various aspects of the role
- Supportive and bubbly team environment
- AU or NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience handling complex inbound calls (healthcare industry is a bonus)
- Confidence in working with numbers and maths
- Full-time availability across Mon- Fri
- Happy to work onsite in the Geelong office
- Can do attitude and resilience
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
- Double Vaccination is requirement of this employer
