- Maintain strong relationships and collaborate with the business and senior executives to support the successful delivery of assigned project(s) objectives and deliverables.

- Lead and coordinate project workstream delivery with a focus on outcomes and impact, shaping and guiding junior staff
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the field of Asset Management to support the delivery of assigned improvement projects
- Proactively pursue client opportunities and deliver proposed solutions to develop a pipeline of work
- Develop strong relationships with the existing client base whilst growing the Specialist Assets network
- Draw on Deloitte's unique capabilities in Structured Problem Solving, Design thinking, Digital, Data Analytics, Deloitte Access Economics, and experience from our global consulting network
- Involve regular travel, gaining valuable consulting experience, sharing, and collaborating with onsite management and other senior inhouse consultants

- Exposure and experience having worked in Asset Intensive industries (preferably Resources and Energy) at senior Line Leadership level, with a strong focus on Maintenance and Asset Management practices
- Experience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as self
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
- Strong and adaptable facilitation and communications skills
- Experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g., reports)
- Experience in the use of structured problem-solving approaches / frameworks
- Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
