We’re looking for a Veterinary Director who is ready to step up and lead. You’ll be someone who:
- Demonstrates strong leadership and fosters a positive team culture
- Has excellent surgical skills and clinical knowledge
- Enjoys mentoring and supporting graduate vets
- Is confident managing a varied caseload, including dermatology
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and leads by example
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
- Proven ability to work sole charge when required
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Passionate about clinical excellence and positive client outcomes
- Four weeks annual leave and one-week study leave (convertible to paid leave)
- Continuing education programs, VIN memberships, Vet Board or AVA registration
- Sponsorship for international vets and relocation allowance for interstate vets
