- Understanding the technology landscape that helps restaurateurs be successful and becoming an expert in the hospitality industry.
- Contributing to the market research roadmap and extracting detailed market insights that will help inform our product and marketing roadmaps, and hone our messaging.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our customer base, validating user personas, and translating insights into strategies to drive our organisational objectives.
- Formulating the go-to-market strategy for Lightspeed Restaurant in the APAC region, driving the planning and execution of GTM programs, and taking ownership of their outcomes.
- Engaging in product partnerships to launch new products and features, gathering insights from customers and sales teams to shape future product development.
- Facilitating sales and partner enablement by creating materials that empower teams to effectively sell and deliver new offerings.
- Contributing to and implementing a roadmap of marketing initiatives spanning the customer lifecycle, from initial launch to adoption, onboarding, and retention.
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational goals even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role.
- Extensive experience working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experience
- Proven background in SaaS marketing, preferably with experience in either consumer apps / technologies, early stage startups, or with exposure to small business audiences
- Prior experience working with product and engineering teams
- Previous experience working with sales teams
