- Passion for regulation and for developing solutions to our clients' regulatory challenges.
- 5+ years post qualification legal experience in financial services regulatory work within private practice, at a regulatory or market infrastructure provider or with a reputable international law firm overseas.
- Experience with regulated markets, payments and consumer credit, digital assets, and AML/CTF is highly desirable.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Enthusiasm for intellectually stimulating cross-border work.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience of business development, and a keen interest keeping on top of developments in this challenging practice area.
