Our team delivers some of the most complex and high-profile dams and hydropower projects across Australia and internationally - offering you the opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact. This role can be based in any of our Northern Australia office locations.Northern Australia is home to breathtaking landscapes, fantastic fishing and hiking spots, as well as offering a multitude of activities for families with warm weather all year around. Deliver expert input across geotechnical, structural, hydraulic, design, and construction management disciplines.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Support Client Engagement & Business Development

Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead proposal development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Support Team Development

Mentor and support junior engineers.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Drive Project Delivery

Identify and pursue new opportunities.
Support site-based assignments during construction phases as needed.

What you will bring to the team:

Minimum Bachelor's degree qualifications in civil engineering or related discipline.
RPEQ registration (or commitment to attain).
Be a seasoned professional with an in depth understanding of dams engineering (geotechnical, structural, hydraulic).
Proven experience in design and/or construction management.
Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
