Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in managing civil infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on highway, civil and roadworks. Demonstrated experience delivering projects in collaboration with Main Roads WA is desirable. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong understanding of MRWA standards, guidelines, and processes. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
