A well established SME in Brookvale are looking to add to their team of professionals in this Accounts & Admin support role. This role offers flexibility and variety within a friendly & supportive team environment.The Role
In this role you will support the GM with PA responsibilities as well as managing Accounts and general office Admin duties.Responsibilities
- MYOB - Payroll, AP, AR & Bank Reconciliations
- PA assistance to the General Manager
- Assist the estimator & Project Manager
- Answer phones & respond to emails
- Set up contractors for building works
- Contract admin for projects
- Manage Home Warranty Insurance process
- Documentation of works in line with required legislation
- Any general Adhoc office admin as required
Preferably have experience working in a similar role within the construction or building industry - but not essential.
- MYOB Accounting system experience is essential
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Deadline focussed with high accuracy
- Team player with a helper mindset
Circa $85k plus pro rata + super
100% Office based
