We also accelerate our clients towards a technology-driven future, by implementing vendor solutions as well as Deloitte-developed software solutions and tools.Required interpersonal skills/experienceExperience with both waterfall and agile testing methodologiesCritical thinking experience, ability to analyse and make informed decisions.Good communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, ability to negotiate and influence both internal and external customersDemonstrate resourcefulness and adaptabilityDesire to learn, innovate and think out of the boxStrong work ethic and positive attitudeRequired role specific skills/experienceSignificant experience in performance test planning, workload modelling, capacity planning, scalability and stability testing, and stress testing of small to large scale applicationsExperience diagnosing performance issues, and recommending and implementing performance tuning and risk mitigation approaches to address themPerformance testing experience across multiple platform architectures and technologies such as micro-services, APIs, databases, message queues, FTP etc.Experience performance testing enterprise applications including Salesforce, SAP, Workday.REST APIs is advantageous, as is an exposure to moving workloads to cloud environments including (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, exceptional attention to details.5+ years of experience in developing dynamic performance testing suites using at least 2 of the performance test tools - Apache Jmeter, Gatling, Artillery, MicroFocus LoadRunnerExperience monitoring applicationPerformance using one of the following Observability tools:Dynatrace, NewRelic, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sumo Logic etc.Understanding of resilience testing and site reliability practices including Failover/DR testing.Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation, cloud technologyWhy Deloitte?At Deloitte, we create positively differentiated work experiences that enable our people to feel valued and achieve their full potential.
