- Handling inbound and outbound calls from members who have cancelled or indicated they wish to cancel with the aim to retain their business
- Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating members needs are understood and handled
- Work towards KPIs and service targets and ensure adherence to compliance
- Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality, banking etc (call centre experience desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team
- Passion for serving customers
