What you'll do:
  • Begin with an immersive 3-month shadowing experience with Directors and Senior Leaders.
  • Attend client meetings, contribute insights, and engage in discussions.
  • Gradually take on responsibilities such as liaising with referral partners and clients.
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and ensure accurate database management through data entry.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions and manage administrative tasks.
  • Uphold a commitment to completing tasks with 100% accuracy and within specified timelines.
  • Possibility to become a Broker after the 6-month training period, in which your commissions will increase.
What you'll bring:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a process-driven role, preferably in Mortgage Broking, Financial Services, Banking, or Real Estate.
  • Demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectations.
  • Possess a keen attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Self-motivated individuals with a clear career path toward becoming a Mortgage Broker.
  • Ability to build robust relationships and excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Certification or Diploma related to Finance (Desirable, not required).
