Location: MelbourneRole : Full-TimeDescriptionEnsures the delivery of high quality and accurate services to key clients by working closely with offshore teams. Manage the relationship of clients to ensure effective delivery of services.Job specificationEnsure team meets all Regulatory and Client reporting deadlinesUnderstanding distribution tax information and quality check distribution summariesAssist with setting up new funds using a standard template and procedureEnsure the high standard of quality assurance on all applications, redemptions, switches and transfers from the offshore team is adhere toQuality check and distribute periodic, quarterly, distribution and exit statements to investors and clients within SLA’sReviewing, clearing and signing off bank reconciliationsReviewing pending and settled reports and distributing to clientsManage the compliance requirements for clients including reviewing incident reports and implementing remediation by working with internal and external compliance stakeholders on key compliance requirementsEnsure Calastone transactions including daily reconciliations and issue resolution is completed by the teamUnderstanding and reviewing Fee Rebates schedulesUnderstanding and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual distributionsOversee all training requirements for the team and procedures are clearly documentedAssist the Team Leader on Transfer Agency projectsPrepare management reporting and attend client meetings with the CRM if requiredAssist with client relationships and ensure the quality of services meets client expectationsWork closely with key internal stakeholders on client management and deliveryEnsure client escalations are managed and resolved in a timely mannerOther ad hoc duties are requiredSkills Required:Minimum 2 years fund services experienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in various systems; including HiTrust, Paxus, Pega and ChorusFinance DegreeCommercial experience in working with clients in a delivery service modelExposure to offshoring models would be highly advantageousWhat you will get in return:· A genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business;· Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience;· Training and development opportunities· Salary range of AUD 85,000 - 100,000Additional information:We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability.
