- At least 10 years industry experience (as a guide)
- Consulting experience (highly desirable) and ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines
- Business development experience with a proven track record of winning work, and a passion for building and nurturing professional networks
- Experience mentoring and developing others in your area of expertise
- Confidence in meeting, advising and working with clients and regulators
- Strong working knowledge and application of environmental and planning legislation and regulations including the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016, and the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999
- Demonstrated experience in preparing a range of high-quality consulting reports, including for State Significant Developments, environmental assessment, planning approvals, monitoring and management
- Sound communication and stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others both internally and externally
- Current Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel as required.
