The NDIS provides multiple ways to assist people with disability to exercise choice, including taking reasonable risks in the pursuit of their goals and the planning and delivery of their supports. For more information, please visit .Your OpportunityBased in Midland covering the Northeast Metro region of Perth, the Administration Officer will provide support for the effective operation of the Mission Australia office. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for all site visitors and inbound service calls and emails, managing workflow through the NDIA Client Record Management system, as well as fulfilling other key administrative tasks that are vital to the efficient running of the service.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a welcoming and supportive experience for people engaging with our services.Conduct a range of administration tasks including but not limited to management of calendars, meeting minute taking and recording, data entry, responding to correspondence from clients and other office duties.Update and review the National Disability Insurance Agency’s Case Management Record system when taking inbound calls and following interactions with NDIS Participants or their stakeholders.Resolve general queries received by members of the public, and NDIS Participants and their stakeholders.Highly professional and courteous, verbal, and written communication that is aligned with the Mission Australia Code of Conduct.Complete administrative duties including SharePoint document filing, purchasing and accounts work.Maintain all fleet vehicles and respond to all building maintenance issues as they arise.Provide other team support activities as required to support the delivery of services.Requirements for SuccessWith significant experience in an administrative role and demonstrated ability to work with vulnerable people, you will be confident managing competing priorities and working with people displaying challenging behaviours.
