As Associate Researcher you will join an experienced team of high-performing Executive Researchers and Search Partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating closely with Partners to understand business context and job briefs
  • Sourcing, engaging and managing executive candidates through processes
  • Proactively networking with senior leaders across our core sectors
  • Supporting the development of client and candidate reports, including market insights and key data to inform decision-making

About You
We are looking for an Associate Researcher, who is looking to advance their career within executive search and have a passion for supporting the for-purpose sector. Key capabilities include:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with executive leaders
  • Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail
  • A proactive and curious mindset with a desire for continuous learning
  • Prior experience within recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • A tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.
